Feel welcome to this (pre-recorded) interactive workshop that gives you an insight into tools, techniques and attitudes that will help you embody your real power and competence through your voice and your presence.
Given from the female perspective of our sister Marion, this workshop looks at how, on a voice level, we developed patterns of protection and how we adapted to external expectations of our vocal expression. “Coming home to your voice” aims to help you finding back to your home base of expression and feeling well with it; it wants to support you in realizing unhelpful patterns and programs of self-expression and daring to try something new.
Marion carries the medicine of music to connect people as a community musician, vocal coach, choir conductor, singer and research scientist. Through the peace organization ‘Musicians without Borders’ she uses music as a path for peacemaking on a global scale. She sings in 4 languages (German, English, French, Arabic) and works with children, teens as well as adults. Since she joined SFR, her passion led her to empower women through her vocal coaching workshops, which aim to express their full potential through exercises of presence, body awareness and vocal techniques.
